Velora Software is a small web and software studio based in Toronto, Canada. You can reach us at velorasoftware4@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form — your name, business name, email or phone number, the option you pick, and your message.
• Direct messages — anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and the site itself sets no cookies.

How the contact form works

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. Your submission passes through Web3Forms and is emailed to us. Their handling of that data is covered by the Web3Forms privacy policy.

Fonts

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive your IP address and browser details, as described in Google's privacy policy.

How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you go ahead — deliver and support your project. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted once it's clear there's nothing to follow up. Project-related messages and invoices are kept as long as needed for the work and for normal business and tax records.

Your choices

Email us any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
